Dr. Cooper is an immunodermatologist trained at Oregon Health Sciences for Dermatology and the US National Institutes of Health in research; currently chair of the Department of Dermatology at Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center for over 30 years.  His interests include lab-to-clinic translation, co-inventing the first biologic to be FDA-approved for psoriasis, and bringing 2 new clinical therapeutics for CTCL into Phase1, and publishing over 300 peer-reviewed papers.  Dr. Cooper is currently Vice President of the American Academy of Dermatology, and is Past-President of the Society for Investigative Dermatology and of the Association of Professors of Dermatology.
