Prof. Menno de Rie is an emeritus professor in Dermatology at the University of Amsterdam and working at the Amsterdam University Medical Center. He did a PhD in Immunology and has been active in the field of immunodermatology and translation medicine since 1989. Prof de Rie worked for Novartis in Basel (CH) as senior director translational dermatology (2008-2010). Presently he is a consultant for Artax Biopharma, Citryll, Novartis and Sanofi. He has been active in several international dermatological societies including the ESDR and Fondation Rene Touraine and is presently treasurer of the EADV.
