Prof. Dr. med. Martin Röcken was chair and professor and is now senior professor of the Department of Dermatology, Eberhard Karls University Tuebingen. He is dermatologist with a broad interest in dermatology, publishes clinical trials and basic research in top Journals, like Nature, Nature Medicine, Lancet, or Lancet Oncology on experimental and clinical topics. He is member of the German and of the European Academy of Sciences and was president of the ESDR, the EADV, and chair of the scientific program committee of the EADV and the ILDS.
