Prof. Pierre Wolkenstein is Medical Doctor, Paris VII University, 1992, Board of Dermatology, 1992, PhD, Paris XII University, Toxicology, 1997. He trained as resident in Paris, Internal medicine, Infectious diseases, and Dermatology, 1986-1990, was Assistant in Dermatology, Henri-Mondor Hospital, Créteil, Chairman Pr. Revuz, 1992-1996, then Associate Professor in Dermatology, 1997-2004.
He became Professor of dermatology, Henri-Mondor Hospital-UPEC, 2004, Coordinator of the National Neurofibromatoses Referral Centre, Coordinator of the National Toxic Bullous Diseases Referral Centre, 2009 and now is the Head of the Division Cancers Immunity Transplantation Infections, Henri-Mondor, 2011. He had academic functions, President of the French Society of Dermatology, 2008-2010, President of the College of Professors in Dermatology of France (CEDEF), 2011-2013, and French Representative at the Board of the European Academy of Dermatology, 2013 –.
