Dr. Albert Wolkerstorfer is a staff member and Principal Investigator at the Department of Dermatology and Netherlands Institute for Pigment Disorders, Amsterdam University Medical Centers (Netherlands). He earned his medical degree at the Medical Faculty of the University of Vienna (Austria) and received his PhD at the Erasmus University Medical Center in Rotterdam. His academic areas of interest extend to laser dermatology and pigmented disorders. In both fields he combines clinical and translational research with clinical practice at the outpatient department of dermatology.
