Please be advised that all guests including children staying at the InterContinental Dubai – Festival City are required to present valid identification upon check-in which may be either a Passport or National ID.
Early Departures
- 100% of the booked period will be charged should a guest depart ahead of the booked date of departure.
- In case of advance payment, the amount will be non-refundable.
Late Check-out
- Until 12:00 hours: Complimentary.
- Until 18:00 hours: 50% of the full night charge will apply.
- Thereafter: A full night charge will apply.
Cancellation
- Within 30 days prior to arrival
- All rooms canceled and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
No Show Condition
- In the event of a “no show” on the date of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee for all room nights booked will be applicable.
